By accessing or using MacroScore FX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MacroScore FX is a macroeconomic data dashboard that provides currency strength scores, pair signals, economic indicators, and related analytical tools for informational purposes only. The Service is not a brokerage, investment advisor, or financial planning service.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

MacroScore FX offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or extract data from the Service; (c) resell or redistribute Service content without permission; (d) use automated tools to scrape or mass-download data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on MacroScore FX is owned by MacroScore FX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or signals. Economic data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroScore FX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
