We collect the following information when you use MacroScore FX: (a) Account data — your email address and plan type (free or Pro); (b) Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session duration; (c) Payment data — processed by Stripe, we do not store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; send account-related emails (confirmation, billing, updates); respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Data Storage
Your account data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as described in this policy.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication); Stripe (payment processing); Vercel (hosting); Resend (transactional email). Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
5. Cookies
We use a single cookie to remember your theme preference (dark/light mode). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics are embedded in the Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for service improvement.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and data; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
