Summary
All sales are final. MacroScore FX does not offer refunds for subscription payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
1. No Refund Policy
MacroScore FX provides a digital service with immediate access upon subscription. Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.
2. Why No Refunds
We offer a permanent free tier that gives you full access to core features before upgrading. This allows you to evaluate the Service thoroughly before making a payment decision. The availability of a free tier means users can make an informed choice before committing to a paid plan.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then automatically revert to the free tier — no data will be lost.
4. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as: (a) duplicate charges due to a billing error; (b) charges made after a confirmed cancellation. To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your account details and a description of the issue.
5. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
6. EU/UK Consumer Rights
For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. However, by accessing the Pro features immediately upon payment, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
